Our recruiting process has been refined to six easy steps.

1 Qualify the Position

We ask you questions about the position

2 Screening Process

Our expert recruiters will screen, interview, reference check, and create the resume for each individual that we see fit for the position.

3 Submission

We send you the resume and brief details about each candidate. You select which candidate(s) you would like to interview along with date, location, and time of the interview.

4 Interview

After the interview, we will inform you of how the interview went from the candidate’s perspective. If there is an additional interview, we work to get this scheduled for you.

5 Selection Process

After the interview, if the company chooses to move forward with the candidate, we gain information about the official job offer and extend this to the candidate.

6 Start

New candidate is started after a simple hiring process.
