Our Services (HOW):
- Qualify the Position – We ask you questions about the position.
- Screening Process – Our expert recruiters will screen, interview, reference check, and create the resume for each individual that we see fit for the position.
- Submission – We send you the resume and brief details about each candidate. You select which candidate(s) you would like to interview along with date, location, and time of the interview.
- Interview – After the interview, we will inform you of how the interview went from the candidate’s perspective. If there is an additional interview, we work to get this scheduled for you.
- Selection Process – After the interview, if the company chooses to move forward with the candidate, we gain information about the official job offer and extend this to the candidate.
- Start – New candidate is started after a simple hiring process.
